Cron Task to create records using the vtiger webservice

Create records from a remote server linked to an other record in vtiger CRM
You will have to create a PHP cron task on ubuntu 14.1.
This task will be run every 10 minutes in order to add records from several servers to a vtiger 6.5 CRM instance on ubuntu.
Data will be get by an http request and they will be delivered in XML (This part is already done).
All the parameters for the request are in the CRM database.
All the CRM access must be done with the vTiger webservice. No direct access on the database. The cron task will have to be upgradable with vtiger without any further development.
The new records will keep the profile of the CRM parameters.
Actually you will add trips to a vehicle. Trips and Vehicles are custom modules in vTiger 6.5
