Custom RMA Extension Creation for Magento Product Returns

We want you to customize our RMA extension (developed by BoostMyShop) for us. Right now we have to process each RMA as a single order from a customer. We want to be able to go to customer returns and process many pcs at once from across various order numbers. You will need to go tot he BoostMyShop Demo site and read the documentation to understand how the extension works, and then customize the extension to allow us to process multiple product returns at one time. PHP programming skills required. Example: Customer A orders Sku 1 and Sku 2 on order number 100022. Then Customer A orders Sku 4 and Sku 2 on order number 100023. Customer A wants to return Sku 1 and Sku 4. We want the RMA system to be able to lookup all Order numbers for Customer A at one time and process the returns against multiple order numbers all at once.
