USER REGISTRATION FORM
I need to insert new data fields for the customer:
13 text fields
1 date field *
ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED
The text fields are as follows:
Business name
Registered office address
City
POSTAL CODE
Phone
Fax
Email [id = "emailAddress"]
Email confirmation [id = "emailAddressConfirm"]
VAT / C.F

Registration date *
Name Contact

Categories → Radio Button → MANUFACTURERS | CONSULTANTS | PROGRAMMERS | PROVIDERS
You can only select ONE category!
CATEGORIES format "Radio Button"
Example: [login to view URL]
Replace "Username" to "Company Name"
Remove → "Firstname" and "Lastname" and "Title"
CORE CHANGE SETTINGS
Each CATEGORY selected has different Default folders.
These folders are automatically created based on the category selected on the registration form.
This is selectable from the admin panel Core → Settings → File Manager.
Example:
User → Category → MANUFACTURERS → Folder1 | Folder2 | Folder3 |
User → Category → CONSULTANTS → Folder4 | folder5 | Cartella6 |

STATUS BAR
Adding to the registered user, 4 new "status bar."

Not Certified
Empty (Empty) as is currently the profile.

This "status bar" can be changed in the Admin panel "Manage Users" → "User List"
ADDED FEATURES 2
DOCUMENT EXPIRATION
With the Document Expiration feature you are able to ensure compliance by automatically expiring any documents that are older than a certain number of days.
If you leave it blank the document never expires.

When the document arrives 5 days before the deadline, It must be sent an email "alert" to user and to admin. If you can see these notifications also in the user management panel, with an icon.

ADDED FEATURES 3
ADD A NEW FILE REVISION
In this DMS I need add an unlimited number of revised versions to your Document. Think of the Document as the container, and that container can hold multiple Files.
I can even roll-back to a previous revision!
