Customize and Build out Live Agent based off previous system

Project is to take currently used Live Chat Platform Zopim and Rebuild the same Mobile and Desktop Features within Salesforce Live Agent.
Notes:
We should be able to Deploy the Live Agent Anywhere we want Multiple Websites etc.
We should be able to set up Automated responses to start a conversation.
Image displayed should be customizable based on Website URL
Mobile Live Chat Button Text and Color should have the ability to be customized.
When Customer tries to respond to chat it should request them to Fill in Name and Email to continue the conversation (Should have the ability to enable and disable this feature)
Should have the option to Select Departments that they would like to speak to. If Sales (Supplement Specialist) send them to Live Agent if Support (Support & Tracking) then create a new case in service cloud for customer support Notify customer that we have received message and will get to them shortly.
Desktop Version of the chat should stay on the bottom left of the screen similar to Zopim and the chat if and automated response is set up the customer should see the Agent’s response replace the Image of Shred and once the customer starts to reply it should request them to fill out there Name and Email and then route to sales or support based on there selection.
Must create an Offline Form that when no agents are available it will allow the customer to leave a message for the indicated department
