Customize a Woocommerce Cart and Checkout Page

This should be a nice simple one (!)

We are running the latest wordpress and woocommerce versions on our live eccomerce site, we have a custom template loaded on from "ThemeForest" (OrganicShop) which is on a recent version (I can source the exact version if necessary).

We have recently installed the PayPal express plugin for woocommerce in addition to the standard PayPal and Stripe official plugins. I would like the following changes to be made to the cart page:

- Modify the cart page to include the following text next to the "Check out with Paypal" Button: "Checkout using PayPal™ Express and use your PayPal™ address book."

Checkout Page:

- Modify the checkout page to include clear instructions that state "Nearly Done! you just need to press the 'Confirm Order' button to finish."

- Modify the "Place Order" button to read "Confirm Order" and be made more prominent.

Output Requirements:

- I require a changelog to highlight any changes that have been made to original code or detailing new files that have been created.

- It should use child themes methodology and a bid is more likely to be chosen for that approach over editing original files causing upgrade issues on either Wordpress, Woocommerce or the Theme.

How will work be undertaken:

- You will be supplied the URL of a copy of the site as well as unique FTPS details to the area in order for you to apply the changes - we will apply the changes to the live site ourselves.
