Customize an existing wordpress theme.

We want to customize a wordpress theme, which we have bought from Themeforest for our corporate website. (Link :- [login to view URL] ). We will provide all theme files after rewarding the project.

The task includes :

1. We want to create homepage search panel with tabs, ie Rent/Sale. (Please see example

of Realia theme - [login to view URL] ). So the “Type” value will be used for tabs. Also there will be advanced search link, which will show advanced search fields in toggle mode. See here : [login to view URL]

2. We need to pull location from "neighborhood" entry (Can be searchable dropdown), As we dont want to show google search suggestion because it is very embarrassing when it is showing useless suggestions to user. For example if I want to search "Malkapur, Maharashtra", then after typing "Mal", it is showing suggestion as "Malaysia". So it is very bad practice to use such auto-complete that create a bad brand impression.

3. We want to create a filter between bedrooms and bathrooms, because most of the people search between "1 to 3" so it should be like "Min/Max" Bedroom and same as bathroom. In current version there is only option to show "more" values. So if a user want to filter between "1 to 3", then he needs to select "1+" value which also shows 4/5 bedroom properties, which is useless.

4. Also there should be a Studio bedroom entry in Bedroom, because some of our properties comes under this section.

5. To create some similar option as "Featured" and it will be named as "Exclusive", “Top rated” etc.

6. To merge longitude/latitude text box into one. As of now we need to enter longitude and latitude separately but we want to enter these in single text box with comma separated, (ie. 55.284944,23.4995 in one text box)
