Customized Ticket System for IPB

This is a ticket system that will be able to direct players to the right ticket form to be submitted in the right forum for community support. The ticket system will have a landing page that will ask a few questions to figure out what they are using. Once they submit it, some of the answers will be forwarded to the next form. The next form will have more specific questions based on the select from the previous form. Once this form is submitted, it will post into the right forum. The forum that the thread gets started in, will have some options ticketed into the ticket system. Details & Required **Be able to close the thread if the ticket is closed **Thread will be marked with tags based on type of support **Tagging is preferred to tie in with Advanced Tags & Prefixes **Support staff can manage the ticket from within that thread **Backend system for staff to use to manage tickets **System will use [login to view URL] or better **Able to accept blocks of payments Preferred skills **IPB - Invision Power Board **[login to view URL] Experience **Skype, Teamspeak if possible
