Design inner page and populate my new design site based on current

Hello, For my site (I will provide my site in beta version and my current site in private) I already have the new design in html for the frontpage, only pending: 1. Design the inner page content 2. Populate the data for each of the pages, there are 6 pages. I would like it to be easy to edit for me, so I can edit it to spanish so we have both languages, and also so i can create another page easily if I want to. Im not thinking about a CMS because they got hacked too often. I also need: 3. The login box to work with ajax and login to Clients area made in WHMCS. 4. Create 3 banners with your ideas to populate the front page, it must be easy to edit the text of the banners please. As idea, one should be about an automatic helper like "would you like me to walk you trough what you need?", the second should be about a promotion in %, and the third must be about moving from the competition? contact us and you can get a deal *terms apply. 5. The price changer from dollars to colombian pesos should work in the front page. I have the exchange rate in a database that get updated every day. 6.
