Determination of phash values

I have a DB with a lot of picture urls in it. I am looking for a guy who can program the following script: For each url in the database, which has no pHash value yet, the pHash value shall be determined and saved in a column of the database. The script (php!) shall run once a day via cron. Between each url, a delay of xx seconds will be set.
