I AM LOOKING FOR A DEVELOPER WHO HAS DONE AN EVENTS TICKETING AND TABLE BOOKING APPLICATION.
This is a Point of Sale (POS) system Used to sell tickets. The POS system should be touch screen
enabled, which will used on website. It will have sign up and login options. This system will have
an event calendar all the events will appear in this event calendar. User can view and book
event by clicking on it and can see event detail. Once event date passed booking option will
disable automatically.
There will be separate page of upcoming events
Admin should have the option to create single events / multiple events
Create Event section
1. Event Title
2. Event Type
3. Event Detail
4. Venue Pictures/Gallery
5. Event Venue
6. Event Date
7. Event Start time and End Time
8. Performances and their time
9. Table Plans (table plan will be different for every event / admin needs to be able to
customize this)
a. User can Book Whole table or seats on the table
b. Admin should have the option to upload the table plans
c. This table plan will be color coded to show the various ticket types and prices.
For example gold will be the most expensive seating and then silver and bronze
etc.
d. Type of table / table name or number (these should be unique)
e. Number of seats and other option and seat numbers
f. The admin needs to be able to hold/reserve seats on the table plan via the cms
for their valued customers.
g. User can book table or seat by their name or ids
10. Add ticket option
a. Ticket Type (Gold, Silver or Bronze) According to table plan or colors
b. Ticket Price
c. Number of seats available (when a user book seat/s system will show the
remaining tickets to both admin and users)
11. Edit event option at any time before final event date.
12. Book Button.

7. Go to Checkout Option
Checkout
1. User details
2. Payment Options
a. World pay
b. Other Options if required
3. User should have the option the add its custom name to print on the ticket
4. On Submit User will to Thank you page with tickets will be shown along with thank you
message and also option to print ticket/s
5. On submit user will receive confirmation email and ticket
6. Admin will receive New booking email
Print Ticket
1. Ticket should have Customer name and other details
2. Event Name
3. Venue address
4. QR Code to be scan for the event
5. User Unique Id (Optional)
Admin panel will have the list of booked tickets and customer details and payment details
Admin will also have the option to print the entire list of attendees with their ticket type.
