Modify an existing complete crm project in php built on codeigniter

I have an existing sales crm application built on codeigniter in php. Right now all sales users have access to all products to create invoices, qoutes, leads etc. I want to modify the application to have Depots, each depo having a user thats a manager who assigns products to sales reps daily based on the sales rep request for that morning. Each sales rep then can generate invoice, qoutes etc from the products assign to him alone. At the end of the day any unsold product is returned to the depot with the sales manager. Also all activity done by the sales rep should be logged in a table capturing location (GPS) so the Sales manager can monitor the sales reps movements.
