There seems to be some back ground process running that tries to access database with the credentials that does not have appropriate permissions either in the application or in the database. That needs to be debugged. 2. As far as RED SMF group change is concerned, again there seems to be some logical issue here. Also, it could be that the background process is having issue while running and updating the group. 3. Third issue seems to be again related to permission error. Also, going by the above issues, it seems the application has been recently deployed to some new environment for the first time. I am assuming TS stands for Teamspeak here.
