So I have a Login Php page which then performs a login credential check in the database to make sure a user exists, and that the credentials are correct, then it saves all of the necessary information into a $_SESSION...
The problem right now is, I moved to a new webhost and before they would login and
it would work perfectly... When they made it to the Index php page, it would check to make sure that the right $_SESSION variables were saved, verify them once more, and then display the logged in section...
But if no session variables were saved it would just redirect back to the login page...
Now on this new server, when they try to login once, it sends them back to the login page
with the error that none of the SESSION variables are set, and then if you login one more time using the same credentials THEN it actually saves the $_SESSION data and
displays the logged in page...
What I can't figure out is why is that happening and how to fix it...
Literally driving me and my clients INSANE for the past few weeks, and I'm
now looking for someone out there with extensive PHP $_SESSION experience to help me troublshoot and fix this issue once and for all!!
