PHP based Twitter / Instagram / FB scheduler / Automation

Must haves: CLEAR English speaking skills CLEAN and Modern Coding skills Twitter, FB and Instagram API experience (understanding restrictions on these APIs and knowing how to use them without getting suspended etc) I am looking for someone to be a mentor to me. I have a project in mind, Twitter scheduler / Instagram scheduler / automation Like / comment system There are already sites out there that do this (Hoot Suite etc) but I would like to learn how to design my own, I am looking for a Mento to teach me how to carry this project out. Ideally, someone who can record / do Skype calls when needed, and can communicate ideas / techniques / where to get started from etc Please let me know how this can work best for both of us Thank you Sam
