Server back-end for real time stock data streaming using MQTT

We are building a stock streaming service for aimed at mobile devices. We need your help to build the back-end server. The server will receive real time stream directly from the exchange, and publish it to the MQTT broker, which will disseminate it to clients with premium subscription.
