Set up and translate from NO/PL to English in Wordpress site.

The starting point for this project is a wordpress real estate portal. Using the Houzez theme. The site is originally in English (theme, plugins etc) The object of this project is to set up two national sites; one for Norway, where the initial listings from the clients are entered in Norwegian and the second for Poland where the initial listings are entered in Polish. For each of the national listings we want to have a system that translates the listings to English and put them into our international webpage.
So in essence you will have:
1) [login to view URL] (Must be a start site in Norwegian language)
2) [login to view URL] (Must be a start site in Polish language)
And both the above sites and the national listings, are automatically posted(in English) on the third and main site:

How you solve this is entirely up to you, but, and I cannot stress this enough, the starting point for the national sites much be in their native language, under no circumstance can the starting point for the national site (1 and 2 above) be in englilsh or any other language. Only the main site (3 above) be in English.
You can use automatic and machine translation plugins or software if that is doable.
