Shopify expert to custom a product page linked to checkout and cart and user account

Hi there, only Shopify expert needed here please :) Website : I need a custom page connected to account panel and checkout / cart / Recharge app. I sell macarons boxes online. It contains 20 macarons. There is few flavors available. Let's say 6. Each user must choose 20 macarons on this 6 flavors to fill in the box, and then can add to cart. Please see picture. Custom box : users can Customize their 20 macarons box when they buy, AND through account panel every month. If they don't we just send same box as last month. They would need to pick their 20 options recurring basis through account panel. Also checkout / cart must remind flavors selected (liek 5x Blackberry, 3 Apricot, etc.) What I imagine on the product custom box page, is like a box of 20 macarons view from top, and after few seconds the box fade to an empty one. The more click the more the box fill with their selection. Find enclosed a picture of what I imagined.
