Troubleshooting CakePHP Scraper when Freezing/Stopping Early

I currently have a scraper bult on the CakePHP framework and runs with CakeResque. It is having issues running scrapers without freezing on random pages or even stopping early.

I need someone who is well versed in CakePHP, CakeResque, Cron, and software troubleshooting to fix this issue for me ASAP.

I will not be communicating or accepting programmers who copy and paste their applications onto the proposals. I am also seeking a competent worker who understands and communicates via English well.
