Write an Android application

I need a simple 'Banking' application that allows users to:

a. Register, login, logout, change password [Username here is the mobile number]

b. View a floating point 'amount' balance

c. Transfer money to other users

d. View a log of their transactions

It should follow the following architecture:

1. Web-server: Provides all the functionality, along with HTML front-ends to operate them. Should be coded with PHP-MySQL on the XAMPP platform. Please use "sessions"

2. Android App: Provides a front-end for the web-server functionality. This should be a native app that uses a HTTP library such as Volley or Apache HTTPClient, not a webview or a Cordova App

The following design norms need to be followed:

1. The Webserver Frontend needs to be usable, you can use Bootstrap or simple tables, but it should be presentable.

2. The android app must also be presentable, use:

a. A Login activity [Username, Password[Masked] ] with a button for sign-up

b. Sign-up activity that allows users to register

b. A tabbed interface with the following tabs:

i. Welcome: Shows username and current Balance

ii. Transactions: Shows a full list of transactions involving the user's account

iii. Transfer: Allows users to transfer money to another user

iv. Settings: Allows users to change their password

Note: The register page should include basic details like Name [First & Last], DOB, Country, Address, Mobile number and password

The app and web frontend must perform the following checks during operations:

1. Registration: Reject username if already present; all details are mandatory

2. Transfer: Check for available balance, balances cannot be negative

Note: Please do not use frameworks such as Zend/Cake PHP for the PHP backend
