I Need An Experience Programmer Who Has Worked On Artificial Intelligence Before.
I Have The First 100--Races That I Would Start Off With And The System Will Be Updated Every Day By Me, And The More Races I Enter The Better It Gets.
There Should Be 12--Areas To Enter The 12-- Pieces Of Information, Per Horse And There Will Be A Minimum Of 9--Horses And A Maximum Of Twenty.
I will Enter The 100--Races And Results.
What I Need Is The Programmer To Set Up The Software To Receive The 12--Pieces Of Information Per Horse.
I will Meet With The Programmer And Show Him Everything, I Would Like For Him To Recommend The Software That Can Handle What I Want To accomplish.
