Automated downloading/email of Amazon Associates affiliate reports --- We need a program built that will automate the creation, and export, of Amazon Associate affiliate sales reports. We manage Affiliate programs for about 10 different Amazon Associate members, and we need to have a simple program that can log into their associate account and pull this data for us monthly in order to save time. Currently our customers have to log into their account and manually run this report, and then email it to us in Excel monthly. Currently we have to have them log into their account at the end of every month and export the sales data, and then email us the excel files. It would be a huge time saver for us, and for them, if we could automate this process, which is the reason for this project. We are looking for three "Phases" of this project. Phase 1 - We need a simple automated function that can generate this report for each of our 10 accounts, and send it to us in Excel format at the end of every month. Phase 2 - We would like to enter in specific ASIN ID numbers into the program. When the report is generated it would include a separate tab showing the sales numbers for these specific ASIN's. This will save us the time of having to pivot and filter the spreadsheet each month to find the sales data on the specific items we need to track. ASIN's are Amazon's unique product Identification Numbers, which can be seen in Column C of the attached example spreadsheet. Phase Three: We would like to make this reporting generate to a client portal where they can login and see their raw affiliate sales reporting, and the summarized reporting showing the data on the specific tracked ASIN's. The reporting would need to summarize the data in charts and graphs, showing basic information like month over month sales, top 10 selling ASIN's per month, the change in sales for the top 10 ASIN's over the last 3 months, etc. A good example of similar services that do similar simple data summarization would be InventoryLab ([login to view URL]), HelloProfit ([login to view URL]), [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]), etc. I have an example of the report that can be generated out of the Amazon Associate account. We would need each of the Columns of data listed on this spreadsheet included in the report.
