Write some Software

I am looking to build software that can connect people seeking a service to those that can offer it. It would need to have a payment system as part of it and would also need to have a number of options to opt into in regards to details around the services required. Additionally, I would like it to automatically post to Facebook and Twitter with details of the services being provided. I am not too concerned as to whether this would be website or an app. I am currently doing this all manually and it is very time consuming.

This is possibly similar to the My Taxi or Hailo service, with an additional level of posting to social media channels.

Happy to provide more information. Would like to work with someone who is interested in sports as it is a sport related system.

This service would be very similar to AirBNB but for sports teams and clubs to find umpires and referees. The requests would move a lot quicker as they usually come through anytime from the day of the match to about 7 days out from the match.

I am not very good at the IT tech kind of thing, so please be patient with me and ask anything at all that you need to know. Currently I have a facebook and twitter page set up and I offer a platform through these that helps sports clubs source their umpires or referees. Requests come to me by text message, whats app, facebook posts, facebook direct messages and also through tweets and direct twitter messages

With each request, I manually log the details of the match, payment offer, contact details, etc on a spreadsheet and then I post it to Facebook (which I have linked directly to Twitter).
Then I retweet or repost the request until an umpire or referee comes back to say they are available or if the initial person who requested it contacts to say they have someone. It is all manual and very time consuming and now I want to automate it and also receive a nominal payment for the services.

Currently it is mostly field hockey but I know cricket are interested and other sports also, so potential to expand But sometimes umpires do request more so would be good to have that option to request a different price. I would like to have a criteria area, so for example an umpire profile... What division they are umpiring at, potentially an opportunity to leave feedback (not sure about this yet).

Also, I would need a system in the backend that will collect all data and that I can then download and use to review at the end of each season so I can show growth, areas that have gaps etc. Excel or similar would be ideal. Headings would include the following:
• Requester Name
• Requester Contact Number
• Date of Match
• Sport
• Division being played
• Men/Women/Boys/Girls/Vets
• Venue of Match
• Amount Offered
• Umpire Secured Name
• Umpire Secured Contact Number

Payment then is where it gets confusing as there are 2/3 payments happening...
1. Payment from requesting party to me for submitting a request
2. Payment from requesting party to me for finding them an umpire (1 and 2 can be done in one payment, once match date passes?)
3. Payment from umpire to me for accepting the job
4. Option for umpire to receive payment by Paypal from requesting party (but I actually think it might be best not to offer that and just let them deal in cash???)
