We have a 2 employee business.. we use one eBay account. We also use [login to view URL] for our merchant. I want a program where its easy to pull up customers, write notes, mark as delivered and such. So I can go in there, ship some items out then my partner can go in later as well and ship items out. I want it so when someone calls our customer support we can look up their name, eBay name and "account number" and help them with their problem. If i can easily import that would be nice, but if not I wouldn't mind uploading customer information every time someone buys something.

Hello, I understand your requirements. eBay API provides order information, so it is totally possible to import orders. The application would check for new orders at regular intervals.
