C# Xmlrpc communication for windows mobile 6.5

I am developing a C# app for my Windows CE 5.0 and windows mobile 6.5 devices with .NET CF 3.5. I use XML-RPC.net. My app works fine for a desktop application but for a my mobile version I am having issues.

In the next bit of code I need to replace XmlRpcProxyGen with another proxy generator as the documentation says.

The [url removed, login to view] distribution contains an assembly which provides support for the .NET Compact Framework: CookComputing.XmlRpc.CF.dll. Note that this is an experimental version and is mostly untested. Also, because the Compact Framework does not support reflection it is necessary to implement [url removed, login to view] proxies manully.
I have been looking for a solution on the web and I am really stuck so I am a hoping someone can help me.
How can replace XmlRpcProxyGen?
