acymailing with site of 3 pages in Hebrew

i am looking for a site built preferably using WordPress, Joomla is also good, with a very simple home page (just a logo and a few words with 2 links), a subscribe page (or pop up), and a unsubscribe page (or pop up). it should work & be integrated with the acymailing email marketing platform. what is unique about this project is that i want that the back-end (acymailing portal) should be in Hebrew, and the front end should also be in Hebrew - i'll obviously provide the text.
