Add auto scroll option to the table, and integrate google translate widget with custom script/table! -- 2

First of all, I ask everyone interested to read the description of this job before they bid, and if they are completely sure that they can fulfill the task then to bid!

1. First and foremost, in one script I have a table where a specific text is translated using the Google widget option and I need to make an autoscroll option on that table, that when the button is pressed, the autoscroll starts working on the table until the entire text is translated.

between the button "Download File" and "New File" I want to be the button "Autoscroll".

a) instead of the "Choose File" option, to be a option Cloud Upload (if possible) check the picture : [login to view URL]

b) Expand the Select Language option to the width and place it above the Cloud Upload option as shown in the picture, so that the client first select the option of the language to be translated, then upload or select the SRT file he wants to translate. Check the picture:

c) After the client chooses the language in which he wants to translate his own file and when he chooses his srt file, and when the translation of the file is finished, it will be shown in the table view (I will share the entire script and the table with you so that you do not have to to create tables, but only to integrate it) so that the client can then correct the text in the table that is not translated correctly, and then press the download button when the correction is complete. Please do not suggest to me some versions like GOOGLE API or something like that, because this works with the google widget option just need to integrate everything nicely! And if you have any suggestions, please suggest me before I choose you as a worker on this project and PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO INCREASE THE BUDGET AFTER YOU MADE A BID!
