Add a few functionalities to an existing custom-made WordPress website through PlugIns and some custom coding (may need to change a few pages)

Add the following functionalities to an existing educational website that is built with WordPress. Use relevant Plug-Ins to add these functionalities. Key functionalities of the website are given below. Further information will be provided on request. Note that you may need to change a few pages to make sure that the PlugIns work effectively and SEO is not compromised.

1. Has 3 membership tiers. Membership can be upgraded at any time. Membership is automatically renewed annually. Automatic renewal can be canceled by the member at any time.

2. Members can pay and book a session with a coach, choosing from a list of a few coaches. The appointment is booked in the coach's calendar and the meeting invite is automatically sent to both the coach and the member.

3. Members can pay and register for upcoming workshops. The workshop invite and link are automatically sent to the member.

The following functionalities need to be added. Any changes or additions to the site that are required to provide these functionalities must be carried out too (e.g., redesigning the Pricing Page with the required CTA buttons, providing CTA buttons as required in other pages, etc.).

After this assignment, the website needs to be fully functional with all the following features working seamlessly.

1. Member subscriptions: The following functionalities are required (suggested Plugin: WooCommerce)

Register and collect payment for the 3 tiers of membership accounts

Maintain a registry of previous and current members

Allow page viewing and functionality as per membership tier

Automatically renew membership every year

Provision to cancel auto-renewal by member

Allow membership upgrade on a pro-rata basis

2. Meeting booking with a coach: The following functionalities are required (Suggested PlugIn: Booking Calendar)

Register & collect payment for a coaching session

Maintain booking calendar of each coach

Allow members to book a calendar slot

Automatically send calendar invites to the member and the coach, once a slot is booked

Calendar invite should have a link to Zoom or Google Meeting with a password

Allow booking cancellation as per Cancellation & Refund Policy

3. Workshop/ Event booking (online and offline workshops): The following functionalities are required (suggested Plugin: Booking Calendar)

Register & collect payment for the selected workshop

Send a calendar invite automatically

For online workshops, the calendar invite should have a link to Google Business Hangouts (webinar) with a password

Allow booking cancellation as per Cancellation & Refund Policy (up to 7 days before the event)

4. The status of membership subscription, booked coaches & workshops should be visible to the member in his/ her account.

5. Accounting: The following functionalities are required

Generate & send GST invoices to members when they subscribe or purchase any service

Maintain accounts of payments received by member

Maintain coaching sessions booked & payment received for each coach

6. CRM & engagement tools: CRM, Email marketing, and Social marketing. (Suggested PlugIn: HubSpot)

7. Chatbot: Integrate chatbot (Suggested: Chatbot for WP or HubSpot chatbot)
