Add some features to a remittance php software

We have a remittance (Money transfer) php application developed with Laravel. We need to customize it and add some features and modify others.

Work we need to be done :
1- Upgrade from Laravel 5.6 to the latest version
2- Add 3 languages (multi language)
3- Geo detecting for Send money (auto select country and currency), auto select language
4- Send directly from credit card, Paypal (not only from e-wallet)
5- Send Money to others payment systems and e-wallet (API, available for some countries)
5 -Agent(merchant) and sub-agent :
Agent can have multiple sub-agents.
Agent can recharge sub-agent.
Agent can have his own page and logo
