Apple Pay Integration to Multi threaded program

I am working on a program in python multi threaded bot that currently checks out using credit card info provided via a csv file. I would like to change the checkout process of this bot to utilize apple pay for each thread. Is this something that will be possible? I am not sure so I need the assistance of additional developers.
