Automated eMail translation Application

A system where emails that come to the server will be automatically translated to the Language of the recipient. For instance, when I send a mail in English to a Chinese it should reach the recipient in Chinese and when the reply comes back it should be automatically translated in the server to English so that I will read in English. [login to view URL] has a service like this but the translation will be handled by Human Translators. But we want our own to be done automatically. The developer can make use of any translator API which can be installed on the server to filter mail and translated before sending.
We also want this set up as a service where users can signup for an email on our platform to use this service. This email will be used for the translation service. So we would be using any good mail service provider like hMailserver. Developer is welcome to recommend.
Translation must be available in all European and African Languages. Particularly also Yoruba Igbo and Hausa must be part of the translation Language
Developer must give a demo of a working example.
