Build me an app

I am looking for someone to create an alarm clock app for smart phones, if it is applicable to both ios and android then great, but most importantly is that it can be available for android seeing as I have a samsung j3. There are two specific features I am looking for in this app. 1) It needs to have the available feature to turn on "prevent phone off" once the alarm goes off, in other words, once the alarm goes off, you can't turn off the phone and this should be a feature you can toggle on or off in the settings. This is a feature that the popularly known alarm clock app "Alarmy" has, and it was what I used for the longest time until i accidentally discovered its emergency dismiss button which i always resort to now and continue to sleep. This also brings me to my second specific feature 2) the app must have the option to take away the emergency dismiss button if one chooses to in the settings. I guess I should've actually said three specific things 3) the third is that one of the methods of turning off the alarm should be doing a series of math problems at different varying levels of difficulty, this is also very important that the app has this.
