Build a basic guessing number game + win prize platform

Language: PHP or Ruby - Which ever is more secured and fast for Linux Web based application Layout: 1. Front End (User) 2. Back End (Admin) 3. Simple login panel for both user. with a button at top and with a pop up if pressed. Application Instructions (Front End): 0. A Games start and ends based on given duration in Back end 1. Layout should be 2 column. Game on left and right column is a sidebar. 2. User enter site. Users being tracked by IP & GEO location Backend. At front end it shows below Welcome message. where is user from + IP. Mobile #, Name + avatar etc. user can upload avatar by clicking on default avatar image. registration date, This section should be outside of game container. 3. New User start game by entering Name and Mobile #. (With country code prefix changeable in back end with validation). 4. Entering mobile number will create an user automatically in back end with given name. If they wants to log in they can enter the mobile number. Ip address + geo location should be also saved. For detecting multi entries. 5. Users can try to guess the number based on given number range and limited attempts to try. (value changeable in Back End). 6. Numbers should be send to server by a DIAL pad and OK button for user friendly instead of typing, should output the view. and message if they won or wants to try again with their limited attempts. 7. After failed attempts end the game for that user totally till game restart again its present session. 8. If a user wins then system closes game and shows as today's winner with Name and a custom message with prize {GLOBAL}. (Can adjust in Back End) 9. User can share the wining as an image of game container to social medias profiles in different custom message "Congratulation! Name, Won $$$ Today , Try your luck now!." Social media need: instagram, facebook, twitter, google+ 10. Shows Winners based on last 7 days, months, how many times they have won. and where are they from. EG: John Wins $$$ From New York 11. Shows a list of banned user and why they have been banned just below the wining list. 12. A simple Chat box Room with emotes at bottom of 2 column container. 13. Both guest and user can perform chat. 14. Guest can log in with their mobile # + pass or create an user. ( IP+location should be tracked) 15. Chat box user and game user should be same. 16. User can poke another user. Beep sound requires. 17. Music or radio system required in chat. 18. Shows ban message in chat box with user name who got ban for how many days or years or months or hour or permanent with reason why. 19. Shows ban notification in chat why user got banned and when they can get back in. 20. I might be missing something, you can suggest me what I am missing to make it a perfect guess the number game. Application Instructions (Back End): 1. Admin can do all the back end stated actions above for a user. 2. Admin can check each user data / profile from back end and can export them. 3. Search filter would be better for searching user data. Shows search suggestion fetched user name from DB. if typed "Jo" would shows Jone, Jony etc. with Bold suggested Words. 4. selecting any of name will appended user profile bottom of search filter box. Admin Can export or modify data here. Additional Info: Database integration for user & admin data field should be unique because later I might have different game plan to adds for new projects. There is no specific of design elements, Anything plain will be fine. Like using bootstrap framework. Site need to be secured enough so can't be hacked or do any short of vulnerable injection.
