Requirements:
1. My Site will be about Homes On Sale & To Let (which is to rent)
2. To Create from scratch
3. Features Include:
-Ability to Login and Signup
-Ability to login and signup via social media and able to share Activities over the Social media Through the APP.
- Ability for user to post the homes with Photos and description of homes whether it be for sale or rent.
-Ability to post the cars with models ( Like Vans, Trucks, SUV etc)
- Ability to filter the search .
-Filter by Price Range.
-Filter by the Usage of the car based on making year of it.
-Filter by the Area where Car resides
-Filter based on the Model (EX. Audi Q7, BMW ETC)
-Filter based on the Mileage of the Car
-Ability to subscribe the users. ( For 7 Days there will be certain amount to post the cars,
-once that time period expires , user can recharge same plan or upgrade. After that time,
-if user is not able to or don't recharge plan then his post will be automatically disabled but still be able to view in user ads panel)
-Ability to compare Homes with other Homes and provide result based on it.
· Ability to let users to pay the subscribe fees via credit card or paypal
· Ability to save or like the product and send push notification to user for any new update on it
-Ability to send push notification for any new product post of same interest or any
change in the app
-Ability to locate searched home on Google map with GPS.
-Ability to show the Contact information of Seller to buyer, so they can contact each other via mail/onsite
