There are IoT devices that are broadcasting data via GPRS modem and TCP connection. Each device starts broadcasting with TCP open, then gives its ID and continues to send data. There is only 1 device per socket. So once socket is associated with a device we know how to link the data from this socket to a particular device. I need someone to set up this listening service and save the data into mysql. There is also second stage of the project where we will have to speak to a particular device with a command. I prefer to be done on PHP, but JAVA, C# are also ok if that is your expertise. Let me know if you have experience . Please, post only deadline that you are sure you can meet. It is important!
