I don't know, what the name of the system. I will create an information system application to work together between Translator, Proofreader and editor, including customer service. This is web PHP based application, so user can work with their login and role.
there are Five role :
CS: Customer service
ROOT: higherst role. This root can created CS, TRA, EDT, and PRO. Root also divide their role.
There also message. Eech role can send message/comment each of them.
CS, TRA, PROF and EDT have their own logins to the Web APP
The application flows:
1. For example, every day, 20 articles is coming to our CS
2. CS will upload the document in the system.
3. First, Translator seeing the 20 articles. There are 5 Translator, and each of them work with diffeent artiles. Once article has been selected to Translator, it can not be selected to other translator.
4. After translator finish their work, they upload to the system again, and let the Proofreader seeing the work.
5. Let says, all the translator job have finish (20 articles), Now there are 4 Proofread that will work on that.
6. Once article has been selected to Proofreader, it can not be selected to other proofreader. After Proofreader finish their work, they upload to the system again, and let the Editor seeing the work.
7. Editor will check the work from proofreader, and usually they give a comment. With their comment (within a word document), the proofreader upload the editing document in the system and let the proofreader seeing them.
8. Let says from 20 articles, 10 article need to revise again by Proofreader. The the Proofreader can see which the document that they work, to be revise.
9. After the proofreader, finish, they upload again, and let the EDITOR seeing the revised document.
10. If the document is good enough, EDITOR will upload it, and let CS seeing it.
11. CS will donload, and send to the client
12. Communication between Client and CS using other platform.
