5- Specs for Accounting • Capability to define the Chart of Accounts (COA) • Write JV entries for transactions manually • API based communication o Get JSON from other system with needed details  Date  Amount  Type  Account  Transaction reference on sender system o Store reference ID of transaction in communicating system • Definition of trial balances and proper mapping to COA • Definitions of Fixed assets o Depreciation rule per group o Expected life o Affected accounts in COA • Bank Definition o Name and branch o Possibility to follow up our balance in each bank o Proper connection to a certain account in COA • Budgeting section o Set budget beginning of year o Map budget to accounts o Notifications when % of budget is consumed o Proper mapping and identification • Reporting (aim for management reporter)
