I want to eliminate

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. The challenge is I am using Slider Revolution, and I have tryed all the common plugins such as W3 Total Cache, Autoptimise etc and it doesnt work. So only if anyone is 100% confident in eliminating this issue with slider revolution please message me directly. Also I like to go through a few other possible clean ups with my CSS on my wordpress site.
