Can't see my subscribers data without vpn at Sumo account?

İm using sumo app to collect at my wordpress site. For now i can login to sumo account but i clicked to my website it s a blank. İ cant see my subscribers data. But when i logined via VPN i can access all my data. İ want to solve this reason
