CentOS 7 Let's Encrypt auto SSL and PHP Install for cPanel

In a new CentOS 7 server the PHP has an error and is not installing right. Also Let'sEncrypt can't install the automatic issuer bot, also an error. So I need to have it fix, maybe is only a missing tool or similar.
