Connect "sub admin views" to main admin view

I have a Joomla! component that I have been creating. I recently had to move several fields from one of the main table (we'll call it table1) to several smaller tables. The main table had over 150 fields, which is bad practice, and was causing performance issues. All of the DB tables and admin views have been created. What is needed is on the main table (table1 admin view), I need buttons/links/code that will link to, and create, a record in the "sub tables" linking back to table1. Lets look at it this way. Someone creates a record in table1, then saves. They then click on a button (In a tab that I have created) in the view to add additional information in table2, table3, table4, etc. That button will open the edit view for table2 to create a new record. However, the button/code needs to auto-populate a readonly field, tableid, that has the ID of the record in table1. That way, when the record is saved in table2, it will be linked by tableid to table1. There also needs to be code that when table1 is deleted, that is cascade deletes any related records from table2, table3, table4, etc. It is important that any code be minimum Joomla! 3.8 compatible.
