I have a CSV file that has to be parsed and exported to a custom XML format with several conditional rules. Attached is a sample of the CSV. Some custom XML rules include: - if "Bad Landing" column is 1, export <BAD-LANDING>a</BAD-LANDING> - if "Bad Landing" column is 2, export <BAD-LANDING>aa</BAD-LANDING> - if GPS exists, export as a top level element - if Boulder Name exists, export as a top level element - if Consensus Grade is V0, V1, or V2, export using the tag <GRADE-EASY> - if Consensus Grade is V3, V4, or V5, export using the tag <GRADE-MEDIUM> - export a dummy element in each <TICKBOX> There are about 15 of these simple rules. The script should be written in something I can easily modify and run locally, perhaps Python.
