create a database for a reits feed and populate template for real estate website

Hello, we are trying to create pre populated real estate listings on a website. We need someone who can take a reits idx feed and create a database on a new server and set everything up so we can populate a template real estate listing for each property. We need someone with some it server experience, database or mysql, someone who can help automate the process and create a script to remove old listings once sold and add in new listings daily. We would also be interested in ongoing it management. Having some SEo knowledge would be very beneficial as well as we are trying to develop a content based site with thousands of listings that can be indexed.
