Create a Joomla Template

We are looking to to integrate site developed in Joomla with Google / Maps API integration based location API that will be triggered and then based on the response will show the location highlighted with legend pins on Map (may be google map), interested will show references on the already implemented sites and will complete the activity in about 2 - 4 hours once the task is given to them. My price is 30$ for this and it should be completed by today.
