Create a Module for Perfex CRM

I need a perfex crm module for loan management. This module will allow client to apply for loans and be approved or denied. Loans can be Funded via ACH and Manually. Admin can setup loan packages, repayment plans, rates, fees, etc. Let me know it's something you can do.
