Create a multiple selection search bar in PHP

We would like to add a few filters to our search bar to give our users more searching power. Job Requirements: Modify our current code and add the features. No FTP or DB access will be provided for this, you must be able to understand the coding and work based on theory. Localhost is required. To be considered for this work, you must confirm you agree to no DB or FTP access for this project.
