Custom Function For Woocommerce Sliced Invoice Plugin

Our woocommerce website runs the plugin Sliced Invoices to create quotes and invoices through woocommerce orders. We are needing a developer to help us create a custom function that forces a customer to provide payment when they accept a quote.
Whenever a customer accepts a quote I would like the accept quote popup to show the available payment options. Each button would need to forward the customer to the payment page they choose.
We have a plugin called "Sliced Partial Payments" that allows a user to make a down payment on orders. We need the downpayment to always be 50% of the order total so when the customer accepts the quote they can place a downpayment to move the order into production.
We need to add "Purchase Order" as payment method to sliced invoices. This payment method would only require the customer to enter in a PO number on a single line form that would be added to the invoice description.
