Custom osCommerce Module

I am looking for a developer to create a module for osCommerce. The module should integrate FraudTrackr's API, which you can view here: [login to view URL] Here are the 3 things I need the module to do: 1. Customer Profile - On the client profile page in the admin area, I should have the option to query and report clients using FraudTrackr's API. 2. Order Review Page - On the order review page in the admin area, I should also have the option to query and report clients. 3. Checkout Page - The module should automatically add a message to the bottom of the checkout page telling clients that we verify all orders with FraudTrackr. I should of course be able to simply add my API key into the admin area and change it at any time. IMPORTANT: All bids that require a milestone payment will be ignored. Payment will be sent via Freelancer AFTER I have seen a working demo, but BEFORE you send me the code. After the payment is sent via Freelancer, you must provide me with the module within 24 hours. NOTE: I will be selling this module on CodeCanyon, my website, and possibly other places.
