Custom phpBB 3.2 Extension / Plugin

Hello :) . I'm looking for a developer to create a custom extension [plugin] developed for the forum software: phpBB 3.2. This is for back-end work only, I'll take care of the front-end. The extension needs to be a single ACP control panel featuring 3 parts (each is explained in more detail below): 1) Basic configuration 2) HTML inputs 3) Social link inputs #1 Basic configuration: A small number of 4-5 true/false options controlled by radio buttons. Eg: Enable extension?, enable feature x? enable feature y? Etc. Each of these needs tying into conditional IF-statements I can use on the front-end. #2 HTML inputs. 2 separate textareas on the ACP that allow HTML/JS to be entered. These should be tied to individual output variables that will display the entered content on the front end. #3 Social link inputs. 20 individual text inputs on the ACP that allow URLs to individual social networks to be entered. Eg: Twitter, Facebook, Twitch etc. Each should be tied to a unique output variable I can use on the front-end. So essentially, an extension that allows for front-end content to be controlled by an ACP control panel with a few switches, 2 textareas, and a bunch of single-line inputs.
