Custom wordpress questions app - Auto bids will be rejected

Need a browser based questionnaire to test applicants for their knowledge. If the price is too high, my client will not bother and will use someone in house. I am using this site as an opportunity to find new developers for ongoing work. Once you have proven yourself, we can work on a per hour basis. The application must be a wordpress solution. You must completely understand WooCommerce. Here are the requirements. -User can use the first level of questions to get some idea of what to expect. -To use additional levels, user must pay a fee. -Admin must have the option to charge one fee for all additional levels or charge the user per level. The user makes this decision. -The session must have a timeout so that the user cannot stay connected, refreshing for new questions as they are changed. For example, after 24hrs, the session must be ended and the user must lose access to the level/s. -All levels must be a Page so that the admin can design it as he wants. -Admin must be able to maintain the questions for each level. For each question, there is an image and a timer. Each question will display it's own image and have a time limit to respond. -When the user enters a level, they will click on Start and a random question from that level will be displayed.
