Looking for an experienced developer to customise an existing WordPress real estate website. The site will be used as a room share website whereby users are able to upload their properties/rooms for others to view and potentially rent. I would like the site to allow users to not only upload their room photos. The theme already supports many of these features, however I would like the individual profiles associated with the rooms, which would include their own personal profile picture of the ownwer. I would also like a facility for users to be able to communicate with each other through a private messaging system without their private emails being displayed for others to see. any messages sent trough the site should also be copied to their personal email address used to log into their profile.
The theme is called Houzez and already has a number of features which are customisable, I have attached a copy of the theme paperwork for more details. Ideally I would like to work closely with the developer and hope that lasting business relationship can continue for future customisation on this project as well as others. in addition to this I would also require assistance, organising the page & menu layout/design. SEO and security would also be required for this project.
I would appreciate if you could provide examples of any similar projects you have worked on.
